Allow yourself ( little things make big difference ) - by Disha

 Day 6:)

Hello , how are you? Is everything's fine ? No no , am not asking you , because am not there with you but who's then, IT'S YOU ! and am telling you to ask yourself once while you are reading this . Ask , question yourself;
Am I fine? Why do I need someone ? Why my moods depend on other's behaviour? Why I myself can't be happy ?
And am sure you already have answer of every single question. Am I right? :)
Now please smile :) Don't waste a single moment ....

   Today I did same for myself. I woke up early in the morning today and did everything in the same way that I use to do everyday as per my boring schedule . I have noting to do these days but lot of things that I want to. And for this I was frustrated around whole day. As i mentioned in above paragraph there's no one with you , but it's only you who can make you happy . Just think once ; if you feel tired, you search for rest , Why? because that's what you want at that time. If you feel hungry , you search for food and without a single doubt you feed yourself, Why?  For whom you are doing this all effort . YES, for yourself. 

But what about your happiness and mental peace . What do you do for that? Where do you search for inner peace and happiness ? Depending on others? But why???
Why depending on others when you need it the most. You eat food for yourself, breath air to give life to yourself, then why not happiness is your priority same as other necessary materials that matter in your life? 
Whenever you find yourself disturbed , unhappy , frustrated ; you are harming yourself. Remember ;
happiness is your priority , mental and inner peace is your priority . so why are you searching it in the world . Give but don't expect, if you understand this you'll never regret of any good deeds. In-fact happiness itself lies within you . 
 Whenever you are in search of happiness , just ask yourself ; who needs it the most now? answer will be yes " it's me " . Who is searching for inner peace right now ? answer will be yes "it's me".

          So, what do you think. I think happiness lies in little things that we can't even imagine but first of all , allow yourself to throw away and release each and every negativity, frustration , anger which have made home in your heart and mind. Allow yourself to accept , allow yourself to fly without feathers, ALLOW YOURSELF , TO BE HAPPY IN LITTLE MOMENTS , LITTLE THINGS because that's what matter the most in our life. We are just a life for others but for ourself this is the only thing we have, right !
     
       Manny things to say and express but its too late today and I have taken lot of time to understand these little things which make a big difference in our little life. May be little for other's but when you come closer to a mountain it seems big too. Same happens with our little but big life :)
            I hope you'll understand what I have experienced . May be today , tomorrow or some other day....     :)
